Igor And his crew were one of best experiences I ever had with a contractor in SWF !!! Promptly getting us an estimate for new granite countertops we agreed on the price and picked out the material we wanted!!
Five days later we had new countertops installed and what a beautiful job we love it!! I’m recommending Modern Trends Renovation to all my family and friends and neighbors !! Totally 5 star ⭐️ all the way start to finish!! They even used leftover material to make us a matching granite lazy Susan !!

What I was impressed with was that an owner of the company was at the job every day.
Elvis the installer was great as were the tile and painter guys.

Igor and his team at Modern Trends Renovations are reliable, efficient, responsive, and easy to work with! We approached Igor about installing LVP flooring in our house and he sent us a quote very promptly. Once we reviewed the quote, we went on the search for the product and ended up getting enough to do an additional area. He updated the quote and told us his team could be out the next morning at 8am to do the work. They came in the house, put drop cloths and paper down on the path they would be taking numerous times to keep the floor as clean as possible, and completed the work (pulled out carpet, pulled up tack strip and installed the LVP in the bedroom and laundry room).
